What are the steps to get a quote or a design?
First, you need to make an appointment with one of our Designers. You will need to bring simple measurements of your space (Doors, Windows, Walls, Sink, and stove placement.) With this information, the Designer will be able to assess your needs and help you select material from our showroom.
You will receive your quote once your project has been analyzed. The time frame to receive it can be up to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of your project.
Once you have established a satisfactory budget, we will draft your agreement. Only following that step, the designer will be able to work on the 3D visuals of your new space and give you a copy of the designs.
Do you do turnkey project?
For turnkey projects, we refer you to one of our trusted contractors with whom we have been working hand in hand for over 15 years. However, the project will be divided into 2 different contracts which will fall under the responsibility of each professional. The respective project managers will be in contact to ensure a smooth renovation experience.
How long does it take to receive and install the cabinets?
The production time can take anywhere from 6 to 8 week depending on the time of the year. Your renovation of the space should start within the last 3 weeks on the production cycle. The cabinet will be delivered on-site the day before the installation. For a regular size project, it will take 1 to 2 days for our installation to be completed.
